Just listened to Kathleen’s episode with Zack Lioutas, very refreshing to hear how to overcome fear and negative emotion in a way that is both actionable and long lasting

When I was suggested this podcast I wasn't aware it was a new age one. As a Christian I don't agree with new age ideals. I do applaud the podcast for being live, that is a big vulnerability and it isn't easy to do so that makes this raw and engaging for people who believe in the content.
