I love the concept of this podcast and its message as a whole pushing us to reawaken our spirit and addressing so many topics that are aligned with who I am as a person. I also appreciate the depth of vulnerability; it isn't easy to be open but oh does it make one's isteners connect to you.

Doing a live show can’t be easy

When I was suggested this podcast I wasn't aware it was a new age one. As a Christian I don't agree with new age ideals. I do applaud the podcast for being live, that is a big vulnerability and it isn't easy to do so that makes this raw and engaging for people who believe in the content.

Something to think about

I was looking for podcasts about story telling and creating meaning. The episode “How Stories Mold Our Perception of Reality” gave me a different way of thinking about it. There is a ton of information and it can really change your approach!
