Feeling Lost? Here’s What Spirit Is Urging You to Remember

Have you ever reached a moment where everything familiar begins to dissolve—where your old identity no longer fits, and your new self hasn’t fully emerged? If you're in that in-between space, you’re not broken. You’re on sacred ground.
This isn't failure—it's spiritual initiation.
In my recent episode of The Journey of an Awakening Spirit, I shared the raw reality of being in that void myself. After the passing of my father, I believed the grief had settled. But grief isn’t linear, and healing often peels back new layers we didn’t know were waiting.
Last night, I barely slept. A wave of compassion hit me—unexpected, heavy, and holy. My father died alone. A man who had alienated every child, every relationship, and yet... I felt his pain. And strangely, for the first time in my life, I wished him peace.
That’s when I knew something in me had shifted. The woman who carried resentment for decades was now feeling compassion. And I didn’t recognize her. But I welcomed her.
Because that’s what awakening does—it dissolves who we thought we were to make space for who we’re meant to become.
But in between those identities is disorientation. The mind scrambles for certainty. The ego panics. The emotions rise to the surface. You feel lost. You feel raw. You feel like everything inside you is shaking loose—and it is.
This isn’t a breakdown. It’s a breakthrough.
When you’re in the middle of that transformation, the worst thing you can do is shut down. What’s needed is gentleness. Grace. Patience with yourself as you expand.
I’ve learned to stop seeing discomfort as a sign that something is wrong. More often than not, it’s Spirit clearing the path.
And here’s what I’ve come to know in my bones: the ego sees evolution as death. It doesn’t want change. It wants safety. Familiarity. Control. So when you start to grow, it floods your nervous system with panic.
That’s why even though I knew I was safe, last night my body went into survival mode. But I breathed through it. I reminded myself, I and the Father are one. I grounded myself with stillness and called in presence.
One of the most effective tools I use during these transitions is the Still Point Practice—a simple visualization where I breathe divine light down through my body and anchor it into the Earth. Then I allow Earth’s nurturing energy to rise up and meet that light within me. It’s a sacred balancing act—Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Self, all meeting in the heart.
It calms the storm.
It restores the signal when it feels like Spirit has gone silent.
And when we quiet the noise, we begin to hear the whispers again—the ones that say: You are not lost. You are being remade.
This sacred in-between space is where seeds are planted. Where the soul grows new wings. And yes, it’s terrifying sometimes—but it’s also holy.
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are simply becoming.
That’s why I created the Light Activation Guide—to offer a lifeline through these moments. It’s filled with rituals, grounding tools, and energetic practices that help you find clarity and peace when the world feels too loud and your path too uncertain.
Because the truth is, you don’t need to have it all figured out.
You only need to trust the next breadcrumb.
So if you're in the fog, let this be your reminder: you’re not alone. Your soul knows the way. And even if you can't see what’s next, trust that you are being led somewhere sacred.
